Accommodations were made to help me build a better foundation in my recovery. I am Comfortable in my own skin and I am very confident in my abilities now. I was challenged to follow very simple suggestions that were given to me by my therapist to help improve the quality of my life. Also getting out of my comfort zone to do things that I would normally not do was very vital in my recovery process. Today I am very confidant in what I have to do in my everyday life and I see the bright spots that life has to offer. I have come to terms with my alcoholism and I embrace any challenges that I may face with positive methods instead of doing destruction to my body. The quality of life that I have today is something that I am very proud of. Opportunities are limitless now due to the direct result of having sobriety for the first time in my life.
