Harmony Foundation
Allowed the family to be involved in the treatment plan and was also very accommodating on visitation days to allow additional family to visit. None that I can think of except for there wasn't a lot of parking around the facility. My niece went there for addiction to pain killers. Thanks to the harmony foundation she has remained drug free, has lost weight and is back in college. I was a client at Rites of Passage several years ago. They were amazing and helped me with my eating disorder and addiction problems when no one else could. I learned how to work through a lot of trauma and handle life much better. The program was vastly different than a 12 step program I had attended previously. Rites worked for me, the other place failed miserably. In addition to learning to understand myself, it was fun but also interesting to work with horses to see my progress and help me learn a different way. I also liked having therapy dogs in all of the sessions. She shines bright and you can see happiness and worthiness in all her actions and in her smile. Serenity Peaks was the best decision we could have ever made. It was hard work for her and there were bad days as well as days to celebrate, but every bad day or let down always had a reason and a lesson in the end. Each and every addict is treated individually and each one is loved and cared for by the staff and by their community at Serenity Peaks.
