The staff was very nice and helpful. The rules are a bit extreme. The building and sleeping quarters are very old and run down. Kind of felt like someone's pockets were being padded rather than using the cost for treatment toward making the environment more clean and comfortable. Not sure why the building has never been updated.

The extras they offered, Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, and recreation room also contributed nicely to recovery. If you are looking to mingle with the opposite sex, Seafield is not the place for you. They are very strict about fraternizing. I strongly recommend Seafield to anyone who truly has the desire to stop using drugs and want to recover.
