It was really hard for me and I only was able to stick with it and actually do the program was because of the staff there. The help I received at GLR was amazing though. They were very throughout and made sure I did the program right. It's why I'm still clean today. They staff there are well trained and just as importantly, they are committed to helping people. There were a lot of times during my program when I wanted to give up and it's only because of the staff there that I didn't. They have different programs available so everyone does a program that benefits them. It's not a 30 day program or a 6 month program. You're there for however long you need to be whether that's one month or 9. They have yoga classes, art therapy and music therapy which helped me a lot during my program. While all of the staff there are well trained and dedicated they could use more staff.
