It was such a long process of breaking me down to feeling again and living. They taught me the tools that I needed to deal with everyday life issues instead of popping a pill. My mother has since passed and I have been clean for 5years now, I spend time trying to help and educate others with what Choices taught me. I am still in contact with several of the employees and they are always available to help me and advise me when I have bad days. I have gained a whole new outlook on life.
