Gene in maintenance filled up our volleyball with air and had a brand new kick ball the same day. Every day we play volley ball at 4:30 and he made sure we could continue with our game. If we have a clogged toilet or something wrong, he is there in 5 minutes. He makes sure everyone has coffee, creamer, and sugar. He also did a huge clean up for me in the bathroom.
