They have a really nice gym there and a personal trainer on staff to help make sure your time spent in the gym is productive. He tried yoga for the first time there and while he doesn’t do it now he really enjoyed that class while he was there. He said that when he had yoga class in the morning he was better able to concentrate throughout the day. By the time he graduated his program there he was back to the man I had fallen in love with and married only he was even better. He was happier and more alert. Willing to do more activities with me. I was still worried when he came home. Wasn’t sure if the program would stick for him or if he would end up relapsing like so many others. However, each day I have my husband back clean and sober has been great. It’s been 2 years now since he went to BDR and he has remained clean and sober since then.
