Plenty of options for behavioral treatment. Cognitive treatment is nonexistent. They cycle through therapists quickly here, so you may be shuffled around from person to person, even one you may have a good relationship with. The psychiatrists don't take you seriously, so don't take them seriously either. Just keep yourself in mind and do your best to avoid their hurtful side remarks.
