This place is very bad. My wife have been there 3 days. Did not got some of the stuffs I packed for her. The staff is very rude. Hang the phone on me or transfer me to a voice-mail line that no one call you back. The food is really bad and so the water. So she's been without food or water for 3 days. Whre the budget for this place is going to. There's need to be an investigation about this place. Don't go or send a love one there.

I don’t understand how they could have a such place like this first of all Governor Tom Wolf runs the whole state of Pennsylvania they have these children running around without masks oh that’s not all the places is infested with roaches then again they have rats running across the floor around the children’s beds they have chip paint throughout the whole facility what that does when children are exposed to lead paint they come down with other diagnosis there’s no housekeeping no one sweeping mopping the floor sanitizing the door knobs or anything I feel sorry for the children that are being left here they are begin neglected in a facility that the department of welfare funds and they feel that it’s OK to continue to bill someone’s insurance to treat the children like torture and have them live in such a filthy condition is very sad

Do not send your child here. Can never get through when you call to speak to your child, phones just ring ring ring. No notifications for change of medication or physical fights/restraints. Staff are rude and always aggravated. I do not recommend this hospital
