I loved it I didn\'t like the detoxing but honestly who does!?! I learned a lot on my mental illnesses. And I had spent the entire month of February in there. And I\'m very happy to say that I have cut since. And one male staff member was awesome I can\'t thank him enough for everything.

I was a self check in that went in for a quick change in medication. 10 days later I was still there, I spoke with the patient care advocate and directly said i found it funny that my insurance paid for 10 days and I just so happened to be kept, 10 days. I directly asked the doctor why I was still there seeing as they had changed my medication and I was feeling better, she became very upset with me, when I pressed her for an answer she yelled at me that we were done and I needed to leave her office. Now I must say there are several staff there that truly do care about the patients and their well being, but several were in fact had bad attitudes. I had one tech actually removed from the floor, after she told me that one of the other girls needed the phone, I had written my name on the list, had waited 25 mins and had my alotted 5 mins of use, when I pointed this out the tech became very upset telling me I HAD to get off the phone... Overall I enjoyed the staff that was helpful but the staff that was not helpful honestly just stressed me out even more. I actually went in happy and ready to get my medication changed and for the most part it turned into 10 days of heck.

This is one horrible place. I speak as a former employee. The people that work hard they get rid of. The management is non existant basically. One of the people has no heart and shouldnt be in charge of anything.

This hospital is a disgrace! My mother is a patient there. Sent there from the glen for eval. She has severe dementia,no short term memory,is delusional severe psychosis. Has severe.peripheral nueropathy so cannot walk and is hard of hearing and eyesight bad.my sister has total power of attorney, medical, legal. My sister told them she was on her way to take care of things when she arrived she was told they didnot need her my sister and would not discuss my mother\'s care with her.refused to talk with my sister. After having the glen fax copies of the legal papers my sister had with her so they grudging talked to my mom\'s legal guardian(my sister)so.there needs to be some people fired at that disgraceful place! I think the government needs to inspe spect the goings on there!
