I am a former patient when the Caritas ARTS program was just Caritas house. This was a long term residental treatment at the time. I was there for 6 months. I overall found it helpful and it truly changed my life. I think back to thoes 6 months quite often. And very fond of the staff.

This place is poorly run and not managed. Very mean and dishonest staff! NO communication and did not deliver any of what they offer. Refused to meet for discharge to address issues/concerns.This staff can\'t interact with healthy adults never mind distressed adolescents and teens! Disappointing and infuriating!
