Doctor was inattentive. Bad experience and aftercare not intense enough. Child Relapsed due to the addiction they said did not exist. Campus is quiet. Rooms are clean. The staff is nothing special.

Overall the facility was good, did have a bit of an issue when detoxing that involve me having to be taken to a traditional hospital. The staff was a little bit reluctant with that part of my care, because they didn't want to have to send me to the hospital so I did find that irritating that they would allow me to get as bad as I did before they took me to a hospital. But eventually they did everything was sorted out and I detox effectively. Despite that small incident the staff was very very friendly and very kind and very understanding. They did not treat patients with a sense of Shame or judgement. And that alone is enough to make a facility acceptable. The facility's strength includes a very professional staff and quick turnover. Facilities weakness was that there was a lot of down time and nothing to do but sit outside.

I have brought my wife and dropped off others here and the intake process is horrendous. There is no sense of urgency at all. I am very disappointed with this place. With only 2 patients for admittance, 41/2 hours is rediculous to wait just to see the doctor. This does not even reflect how much longer we will have to wait. Unacceptable

Terrible care. My suicidal/heroin addict 18 yr old child was discharged 4 days after ONE meeting with a social worker who refused to speak with me (even though a release was signed giving permission for discussion). ONE exam with a doctor and was went home with a script for an anti depressant and an anxiety medication. No referrals for any doctor and/or therapist. No family involvement which is critical IMO. Awful just awful not recommended!
