I have been to Cedar Hills hospital several times and have had received nothing but respect, care and they were attentive to ALL my needs and offered even more. I cannot say enough good things about this treatment center as I\'ve needed different levels of care from detox to full on 30 day treatment (even when it\'s been just to stay away from my environment for sometime before I was released. I\'ve also had recommendations from them to a longer treatment type setting and have taken advantage of their 90 day outpatient treatment, dual diagnosis behavioral treatment, addiction has lead me to places I thought I\'d never go but have, ie: suicide attempts. They\'ve been the full deal for me and as time goes on I have relapsed less frequently and they have made me want to live again and to be responsible and own my part of my own life. They\'ve helped with becoming a friend\'s among friends, a worker among workers and a family member among family members. I have received massive information and resources from this hospital while inpatient and upon release and appreciate ALL they do. I\'m not easy to deal with upon arriving but by the time we\'re taking about release and am clear headed to be able to make those follow-up commitments that are necessary for any success I may experience. I\'m so very grateful that three never turned me away, made me feel guilty for returning when needed or treated as I was less than them. It has never failed that I end up taking away with me WAY more with me Everytime than I came in with. I have not regretted one time, asking them for help and they have not refused me either. They are very professional and kind and truly care about their patients!! Dont know what you\'re looking for, but giving the gift of life and another chance to actually LIVE and participate in your own life, is a gift that only so many of us have get the opportunity to receive. Do you want to be right or a chance to be happy? 😊 God bless all the staff and volunteers at this organization. Grateful, is what I am!! Thank you ALL for what you do and for being there!!❤️

This place is the worst I\'ve ever come across! Communication with family members is ridiculous! My mom was sent there one the 2nd of January and is already being discharged. She\'s in a full blow psychosis still. They won\'t help her get outpatient help, transfer medical or access to her funds (like a case worker). So this place is dropping her off, in FRONT of a hotel in Vancouver. Thats the discharge plan. They called me, told me this then hung up on me. I am 4 1/2 hours away. This is unacceptable!

My family member is currently incarcerated (yes, incarcerated) in this facility. My family member is supposedly there voluntarily, however, a nurse practitioner walked into their room on day one and told them either they could stay \"voluntarily\" and get out \"maybe in a day or two,\" or she would forcibly keep them and they would have to stay 5 days or more. It has now been over 36 hours and my family member has not seen a psychiatrist, even though the facility\'s own policy is that they must see one within 24 hours. They have not seen a therapist or any other mental health professional. The facility says my family member can\'t leave until they sees one, and yet the psychiatrist is too busy to see them. I have filed a complaint with the insurance company.

do not reccomend. Took 5 days to have a one on one talk with a psychiatrist that lasted more than 5 min. There was a patient that physically abused me and threw chairs at staff members only to be rewarded with icecream. The patients helped more than the staff. This place is negative 2 stars honestly. You will not get the mental health help you need from here so don\'t even bother trying.

Unprofessional and unsafe is the best I can describe it. From intake to patient treatment to release to follow up. If you do have to go here verified your insurance accepts Cedar Hills Hospital before you even set up an appointment. Talk to your insurance yourself. After you or your loved one is trapped at Cedar Hills it\'s too late. Received a call from my loved one while they were there one night and I asked what the patient in the background was yelling about. they said it was the nurses yelling at each other. I wish I would have trusted my gut feeling before leaving my loved one in this \"patient processing plant purely for profit\". If patient care is part their mission it doesn\'t show.
