Center for Discovery - Resilience Pacific Place

These people care about one thing; money. More specifically, insurance money. Nothing that happened from the moment we checked in until the moment we pulled our kid was about anything other than trying to get the insurance company to pay them. When we challenged therapists and ultimately management at Center for Discovery about how little of what was happening made sense, how nothing they were doing had anything to do with why we came to them, they blamed the insurance company. They said that the diagnosis they gave my daughter and her treatment plan were what they were so that the insurance company would pay! That is absolutely nuts! What a waste of time and a waste of precious mental health benefits from our insurance company.

When I checked my son into this program, I was promised that he would be safe. He wasn\'t. Center for Discovery was full of kids from juvenile hall, fighting...violent kids. We checked our son out when we went for a family meeting... I can and will tell everyone that I can about our horrific experience.

Please do not allow any family member to be admitted here. These people do not care about their patients... It\'s also extremely overpriced for the service provided. Do avoid this place.

They put money before the kids.

Very disappointed...they don't look at anything long term and only care about moving "clients" in and out...they care more about getting respect than actually helping to solve real issues..If you are looking for long term solutions and care about or child's future DO NOT send your child here.
