I did an ASI & one counseling session before discontinuing my care here & have been working through that experience with a new counselor ever since. Never in my life have I felt so completely disregarded by counseling staff. The clinician who administered my ASI was completely unwilling to listen to my concerns & instead misrepresented what I told her in her treatment recommendation. The counselor I was assigned demanded I sit closer to her than I was comfortable with & responded to most of my concerns & comments by telling me about “friends” of hers who my comments reminded her of. My experience, in comparison to other counseling I’ve had, is that the staff here were unprofessional, unhelpful, and disrespectful. The two hours I spent here had a profoundly negative effect on my relationship to myself & to the truth in general. I am so thankful for the help I’ve since received at Wyoming Recovery, not just in terms of coping skills and strategies, but also to help me process this experience at CWCC & move on from it. I can honestly say that going to CWCC was a huge mistake. It put me in a place of crisis & trauma, and made me fearful to attempt therapy again, even though I needed it. Please, don’t go here.

This place is horrible about returning phone calls and extremely rude when you call about concerns. My wife has been there for almost 3 months now. I haven’t heard from her in 3 weeks because they won’t let her use the phone. When I call to see how she’s doing they always send me to her therapists voice mail. I’ve left a total of 5 messages for him and not one call back. It’s really ridiculous.
