Alcohol Use Disorder Treatment
Alcohol is the most abused substance in the United States. Those who binge drink are at greater risk of developing a dependency. Charles River Recovery’s detoxification and clinical stabilization services in Weston, MA provide proven alcohol addiction treatment programs. Our expert, qualified staff is familiar with the challenges of alcoholism and the difficult recovery journey that follows. Our diverse team of addiction specialists is dedicated to assisting individuals who struggle with alcohol misuse or dependency to conquer their addiction and resume a peaceful sober existence.Methamphetamine Use Disorder Treatment
Methamphetamine is a highly addictive stimulant that promotes the release of huge amounts of dopamine in the brain, triggering feelings of euphoria. This sensation is one that many people crave, which is why methamphetamine becomes addictive so rapidly. Continued use desensitizes dopamine receptors in the brain, making it impossible to experience the same pleasure in any other way.Opioid and Heroin Use Disorder Treatment
At Charles River Recovery, the first step in treating opioid or heroin addiction is to get any remaining narcotics out of your system. Withdrawal symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, sleeplessness, agitation, perspiration, anxiety, abdominal cramping, and muscle aches, can be severe because opioids and heroin develop a chemical dependency. For your safety, our medically supervised detox process is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Safe, non-habit-forming medications may be administered to help with withdrawal symptoms.Cocaine Use Disorder Treatment
Cocaine is a stimulant drug that is especially addictive, causing people to quickly become dependent. Cocaine withdrawal symptoms can be mentally and physically difficult, making it exceptionally difficult to quit without professional and medical supervision. Charles River Recovery implements the most effective treatment methods to overcome a cocaine addiction, starting with detoxification. We are committed to helping you restore your life, health, and well-being, free of drugs. Don’t do it alone. Charles River Recovery is here.Prescription Pill Misuse Treatment
Doctors frequently prescribe medications to help people with chronic illnesses and medical conditions manage pain, anxiety, and depression. Painkillers are also the leading medication prescribed post-surgery. While patients often begin their prescription use with good intentions, misuse or overuse can quickly lead to dependence or addiction. At Charles River Recovery, we stand with our patients from Detox through treatment and into aftercare. We use proven methods to ensure long-term recovery from prescription pill misuse, giving you the skills you need to maintain your recovery.
