Specialization

  • Trauma & Associative Awareness Therapy (AAT)

Associative Awareness Therapy (AAT) uses the brain’s innate ability to adapt to change in a healing way, essentially “retraining” the brain to respond differently to familiar memories of trauma or pain.
  • Family Program

Research shows that the odds of successful, sustained recovery from addiction are far higher when family members and loved ones are involved in treatment. Drug and alcohol addiction often have genetic roots, whether related to substance abuse, mental illness or both. Family dynamics also play a role and, often, family members are the first to realize a loved one has developed an addiction. Also, it’s important for family members to understand and embrace the lifestyle changes that are required to sustain recovery.

It’s sad clean adventures is no longer active. It’s also sad the greatest therapist I’ve ever met has passed on. But that being said I’ve come back here, 8 years later, to say I’m still sober and still going. I was near the end. I was your stereotypical junkie and CA saved my life. I wouldn’t change a single thing. Anyone who complains about CA didn’t do the work. But those who did, most of who I still speak with, are still on the right track. The program wasn’t for everyone. It was hard and grueling but it did its job. Truly sad to see that it’s no longer around.

This is the best rehab I have ever seen. My son had been to numerous rehabs and relapsed shortly after each one. Clean adventures is unique. It helps the client heal from the inside, teaches them life skills, money management, responsibility and helps them integrate back into society as a functioning adult free from drugs and the happiness to live life without them. Je is 2 1/2 years clean and sober and helping addicts achieve sobriety every day.

After attending three separate one-month inpatient facilities and three outpatient programs I had little hope of living a significant life. Every treatment was followed by a relapse soon after. My expectations were low going into CA but I've maintained sobriety for over two years; that being said I'm actually happy to wake up now. My time at CA provided me with the tools to get clean and remain clean.

I arrived at Clean Adventures on Nov 14, 2012. It was my first treatment program and I suffered from alcohol and substance abuse. The 6 month program was extremely helpful and effective, and absolutely changed the course of my life. It's been over 6 years since I got clean and sober, and I owe it ALL to Clean Adventures, their amazing therapists, and the AA 12-step program.
