Green Oak Ranch saved my daughter's life. When multiple attempts at other recovery centers failed. She was provided with a caring staff, counseling, accountability and work ethic and most of all the beautiful surroundings in nature. She was also able to strengthen her faith by attending church services at the Chapel on site. Five years later she is finally free and living a happy drug free life. I am eternally grateful to my pastor for referring me and to the entire staff at Green Oaks Ranch.
They only take "good" cases, no lost or angry souls. Apparently, their God is selective. What kind of Christian program is it? Shame on you, Green Oak.

Hi Val, while Green Oak Ranch residential recovery program is not for everyone, we do try to accommodate and help as many people as is possible. Your comment does not give me enough information to know what your experience was but I would be more than willing to talk with you in more detail.

The facility has a strict policy and each person entering has to pass a breathalizer test before being admitted. It does not have medical staff and cannot help with detox, but it can help with restoring a person to a sober life and employability if they stay long enough. In my friend's case, 60 days was not long enough. We chose the place because 6-9 months stay was usual, and would have helped if she'd been willing to stay.
Overall a good facility, with some areas of improvement
