Terrible staff!!!!!My mother has been attending for years for past heroin use, but hasn't used heroin in over 40 years, but has abused alcohol concurrently with her methadone is now addicted to prescription benzodiazepines & other cns depressant drugs. My brother & I returned 2 months of methadone she was saving to sell but counselor did not want to take them back until I called consumer services to try to get support. Finally the doctor said to return them to him since they were not in a safe place & my mother was mixing medications resulting in numerous emergency room admissions for breathing problems & heart attack & TIA stroke. Her take homes were revoked due to this but later her counselor Sarah put that her take homes were discontinued due to her kids stealing her medication. She then persuaded my mother to remove me and my brother as her authorized representatives and that she could assist. The counselor has helped my mom stay isolated and discourages her from accepting help. I submitted hospital documentation and my moms health status, but the counselor and doctor do not closely monitor my mom with her side effects and adjust her doses up and down whenever she wants but never checking if she is metabolizing the methadone & what the proper dosage is since she has a decompensated liver & liver cirrhosis and showing adverse reaction to all the different medications she is on.
