ability to make appts. but not soon enough not enough staff to accomodate all clients/patients treatment programs would probably be more effective if the patient were to be seen by an actual psychologist or Dr. As is, the patient is moved around quite often with not enough being done to treat the real problem, while waiting on someone qualified to see the patient for talking, diagnosing, etc.
