Ease of entry. Programs include families. Good plan for recovering addicts. Staff has credentials but has workers that don't utilize their learned skills. Customer service is rough at best. They formulate plans but throw in religion and other methods not related to recover. One instructor used her religion as the only way to recovery. My wife is an atheist and really was taken back by that. Our hbi therapist crossed the line with personal comments that were actually hitting on my wife. Very bad place. My wife has since recovered in AA.
