About Lumiere Healing Centers

Lumiere Healing Centers is a full-service addiction treatment facility located on a secluded and peaceful private golf course outside of Cincinnati, Ohio. We offer a superior step-down treatment program that is individualized for every client, including safe and comfortable drug and alcohol detox, inpatient residential treatment, outpatient treatment, and sobriety aftercare. Alongside high-quality medical care by a compassionate and caring staff, Lumiere also offers group and individual behavioral counseling. Our counseling doesn’t just simply offer coping mechanisms it also addresses the underlying motivation for the addiction to ensure a long-lasting recovery. We create a warm and healing environment for our clients, with luxurious facilities, a serene atmosphere and a focus on nutrition to nourish the body and the mind. Lumiere also provides a community of support for our clients that lasts for the rest of their lives, from the constant support of our devoted staff, to Sunday family visits and therapy, to the ongoing support of our active alumni group that meets once a week. Our approach to addiction treatment is rooted in self-reflection and self-discovery. We treat the person, not the addiction. Our holistic approach ensures our clients have the tools they need for a brighter future of sobriety.

Lumiere is an awesome place. The staff, chef and the residents are great. This healing center has changed my life for the best. I plan on returning in the future to be a part of the staff so that I can give back to the future residents as I was given a chance for a new and sober life and my life is now great because of all the caring people and support for each other. Everyone makes me feel so appreciated and for that I am grateful. Thanks again to everyone for all the support and for my new sober family each and everyone of you are a special human being and we are in this together and thank you Jesus for this great day. I love all of you! Everyone just remember One day at a time.

I went into the detox facility only in this place and it was NOTHING like I was lead to believe by the man named Patrick who answers the phone and tells you when your bed is available. He told me this was a 3-5day detox when it is actually a 5-14day stay just for detox not the residential stay. You are not permitted ANY phone calls except one \"24hr Check in call\". This call is on speaker in front of a staff member and cannot exceed 5 minutes. You cannot have any of your own hygiene products while in detox. You have to get up out f bed (SICK AS A DOG) and walk to the nurse station and wait in line for your turn. They allow you to smoke outside where there is no awning or any type of cover from the sun. You also are allowed vapes that are like Vuse or Bangs (throw away or refillable pods). The entire staff is extremely friendly and sweet but this place should have the people who answer your calls and questions to be capable to do so in an accurate way. Patrick has NO CLUE what he is talking about. DO NOT BRING ANY OF YOUR OWN PRESCRIPTIONS WITH YOU!!! THEY DESTROY THEM. I went here to get put back on my own prescription suboxone that I had with me in my property so, they let me go with NO meds that I had legally prescribed by my doctor. They cant even get their patients a radio that works after charging our insurance $2,800 per day! The beds are hard as concrete, and they NEVER clean the rooms. The halls are nice and clean but your room floors/shower etc. is nasty! I was expecting something completely different. I had to demand to see my counselor and case manager, they never came looking for me for any treatment what so ever. PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY ALL THE PAPERS YOU SIGN WHEN ENTERING THIS PROGRAM!!! And the food is not all its cracked up to be. There is no caffeine , no soda except coffee caffeinated from like 8am-11am. after that nothing but water and Gatorade. Patrick should be fired and all the patients I spoke to agree including the staff nurses and BHT\'s.

If I could give this place a zero i would you didn't care when my fiance was sexually assaulted and told her to keep her mouth shut and kicked her out. She had beg for a phone call from you guys for me to come get her because you told her to keep her mouth shut and not report anything. I doubt this isn't the first girl that you did this to. You are a joke and fake reviews from employees is bullshit it's literally everywhere you people are sick and need to close down. Or get an entire new staff.

do NOT take your signifficant other here if you ever plan to be together again! the main focus of this rehab is to change people places & things and Most Definitly includes your partner! this is a co-ed facility. So your surrounded by counselors & peers that steady alter your way of thinking including seperation from your partner! they'll work around the clock to brainwash you into thinking your the problem, not the addict! we barrrrely stuck together after leaving this facility! they will brainwash your partner into leaving you and only gives you two 5 minute phone calls a week and its on speakerphone infront of a caseworker. i wanted my partner clean but now regret nothing more then taking her here!!! i repeat... do NOT take a signifficant other here!!!

They only care about charging for as much insurance $$ as they can. Not effective and gave too many Benzos which in turn negatively effects CBT. Do not recommend.
