Specialization

  • 12-Step

The term “12 Step Program” describes a way to recover from addiction that is based on the model developed by Alcoholics Anonymous. Many drug and alcohol treatment centers base their treatment on 12 steps – the first three of which are situational, the next four addressing the practical issues created by the addiction, followed by two steps focused on making amends for hurting others. Steps 10 and 11 involve a deeper examination of the previous steps and the final step is focused on helping others avoid and recover from addiction.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

The focus of cognitive behavioral therapy (also called CBT) is helping people to understand the thoughts and emotions that underlie their addiction with the goal of learning new, healthier and more productive ways to understand and express themselves.

Curriculum was very good. Staff was good. Medical was poor. Psychiatrist was via Skype. No Doctor...visiting nurse practitioner. Not a very safe place if you have high blood pressure because they will not accommodate a low/no salt diet.

My son was told he could start treatment yesterday and he was ready to get well. I dropped him off and a few hours later he was driven to my home and wasn\'t admitted for something that went on 10 years ago with his girlfriend ! He could have gone some where else! He has now given up! I\'m coming after you hard! I\'m his mother and he\'s completely lost it and out there in the streets... I promise you this won\'t go unreported . I\'m calling every news station I can and plan to get an attorney and sue your heart less ! Social media everything . How can you call your selves a treatment center!
