I have called this facility literally 27 times with no return call. If I ran a business this way, I would be ashamed. My son has insurance so thankfully we have options, but God help the person on the street getting help. These people don’t seem to take this seriously at all. I have called several people at Peak, filled out all their paperwork, jumped thru all their hoops and still no call back. Everyone seems very nice but it’s always someone else’s responsibility. How can I trust this facility to help my son regain his life? They can perform simple respectful tasks of returning calls and handling a patient, not pushing it off on another. .Im so frustrated with their lack of helpfulness.
