Treatment wasn't effective because the Director let one of the residential monitors get away with forcing himself on the female clients, and saw the proof of harassment and stalking, but did nothing.

Overall a fair community program that needs some improvements.

It was a community program but Not clean, under staffed, half the rehab staff didn't care. I wanted to be sober, so I worked my program. The volunteers, and people at group meetings were sincere.
