Rainbow's End Recovery Center

From top to bottom, staff, accommodations, meals, programming, and overall experience; no other facility or program compares to Rainbows End. My life was forever changed by every staff member. I was given the opportunity of a lifetime and have been clean and sober nine months. There are no words to express my gratitude to every person at Rainbows End.

I would like to say that this treatment center could not have been better for my recovery. I was addicted to opiates for 8 years from the age 14 years old to 22. I arrived at Rainbows at 22 years old and I turn 24 in two days. I was there for 2 and a half months.. I saw people get their light (yes, light as in their eyes) back. The treatment works if you want and allow it. A treatment center can\'t keep you, your loved one, or anyone else sober when they leave the facility. There is no magic button to keep someone sober. My counselor guided me on how I was going to navigate life after leaving. I moved from Las Vegas to Boise, ID. I went into a sober living for 6 months. I was in intensive outpatient for 9 months. You will not find another treatment center that cares about you more than these people do, I promise. I have been gone over a year and still remains close friends to my peers there.

I have been to 14 rehabs in my time. I was an addict for 40 years and didn't think I would ever find a way to quit until I discovered Rainbows End. The food is to die really. Accommodations are very nice and comfortable. Every single employee there really cares about the clients and they will be your family by the time you leave. The best part are the groups and counselors. Everyone there has been where I use to be, so they all know what you are going through. The counselors are each different but absolutely in tune with the people they are assigned to. It's in a very beautiful location. I am looking forward to doing a refresher course soon. They were the ones to put my addiction behind me and get on with a drug free amazing life. There is no place better for sure.

My husband was here for 28 days. Two days after returning he was drinking again and hasn't slowed down. I went for family day one weekend and we met with the family counselor. She was terrible. She allowed my husband to be hostile, accusatory and mean in front of our 10 year old daughter. His drinking is totally out of control, 7 months hence, and we are divorcing. In the medical records they lied about communications with me that never happened. They also sited me as a reason he couldn't do some if his work. If you want to go to sleep away camp, this place is super fun. If you want to get healthy, go somewhere else.
