We take pride in helping our patients through complex issues including co-occurring disorders, mental health issues, and detoxification. However, it is not just about getting away from the stress of your life and stopping the substance abuse. It is about learning to take control of your life and opening yourself to others and the process of recovery. The addiction treatment process at Recovery Ways focuses on the whole person, not just the physical addiction, and your recovery is supported by a caring and highly-qualified staff. You will gain more than you ever thought was possible as you undergo a healing process….a new way of looking at each aspect of your life; the mind, body, and spirit.

DetoxThough not all rehab facilities offer “medical detoxification,” all people with an addiction to drugs or alcohol will experience intense physical and emotional changes and discomfort as their bodies react to withdrawal of the addictive substance. Many people use the term “detox” to refer to the period of time (ranging from a few days to a week) when the body is reacting to an addict’s decision to stop using.
Aftercare SupportAddiction recovery does not end with discharge after completing a rehab program. Facilities that offer aftercare planning and/or support work with patients to ensure sustainable recovery by helping to plan and make arrangements for transitional or sober living, help with housing, vocational counseling, etc.
