Group therapy is a vital component of addiction recovery treatment, considered as important and effective (sometimes even more so) than individual therapy. - Adam BartholomewChief Executive OfficerAdam has a passion for the 12 Steps combined with the tools necessary to see and process core beliefs and behaviors in a therapeutic setting. Having been in recovery for almost 10 years, Adam has walked hand in hand with men seeking the same results. Adam strongly believes that the structure, quality of care, individualized treatment planning, and a willingness to take suggestions and follow directions will lead to success in early recovery. Adam believes that a great number of men have the ability to recover from drug addiction and/or alcoholism if the critical steps are taken to find a life worth living. Adam is a resident of Prescott, Arizona and shares the care of his daughter along with being a strong member of the community of Prescott.
- Melissa Rauch, LPC, NCCClinical DirectorMelissa is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Originally from Ohio, Melissa has lived in Arizona of over 20 years. She received her Bachelor’s degree from ASU and went on to get her Master’s degree in mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Melissa is passionate about the work she does and the level of care she provides her clients. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the human services field helping both adults and adolescents cultivate and experience happier, healthier lives. Melissa has worked in therapeutic foster homes, inpatient psychiatric facilities, residential group homes, outpatient treatment facilities, as well as in private practice. Her experience includes working with individuals, groups, families, and couples suffering from many disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, substance abuse, schizophrenia, sexual disorders, sexual victimization, conduct disorders and dual diagnosis. She uses an eclectic approach drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and Art Therapy.
