About Restore Health and Wellness Center

Restore Health and Wellness is a Substance Abuse treatment center for adults 18 and over. We provide treatment for alcohol and drug addiction at the inpatient level of care as well as a step-down to an Intensive Outpatient program for clients who complete phase one. Our focus is dual-diagnosis, and our treatment modalities focus on the underlying issues of the addict or alcoholic- we seek to treat the cause of the clients' abuse rather than the clients use in general. Our 45–90-day program is a combination of evidence-based psychotherapy, interactive education, and a structured living facility with 24-hour clinical staff. We believe it starts with the best clinical team. On staff, we have Licensed Therapists, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and two Board-Certified Psychiatrists. Restore is a small census luxury accommodations facility that believes in maximizing one-on-one therapy for clients as well as tailoring individual treatment plans for each client- as we believe the disease of addiction is a commonality, but the needs of each client are unique. We encourage aftercare- all clients are encouraged to participate in a substance abuse fellowship during their stay with us, and are expected to continue that participation upon completion of our program.

Overall I believe it was really good treatment, however, I was treated unfairly by Nicole who is a case manager. I believe she has racial discrimination and favors only those she likes the most. I will succeed based on the tools I received, however, being treated unfairly can cause anyone to relapse.

The admissions specialist that I spoke with for over a month said there would be no medical counters I'd have to go to - that if I was sick they would come to me. Private rooms with TV's and showers, pictures of a Resort like facility with pool and tennis court and someone with a laptop. When they booked my flight from out of state I was taken to a gated house with shared rooms and bathrooms. My roomate had her dirty underwear on the bathroom floor for days; I had to ask staff to pick it up since their non medical staff gave me meds that made me even sicker and their dr. who I was told "Dr. and medical staff would be onsite 24/7" didn't see me until my third day. By then he sent me to the ER. I was taken to 4 ER's. Where this facility provided my insurance and flex card to be billed directly back to me even though I was under their care, and their lack of medical care led to giving me medications both my mother and I told them I was allergic to.

The accommodations are old and haven\'t been updated since the 80s and you only sleep there other then that you are driven to a office building by the way the foood is horrendous and your locked in a house with 20 others if you go to detox you are put in a house that\'s awful... this is honestly the biggest wayste of money

This facility is an awful. They took my son into detox, and he had an awful experience. If you think their offer is Too good to be true...It is!
