Should be a lower rating but it will not let me rate ZERO stars. Just got out of the adult rehab unit. Couldnt detox properly because of how constantly loud it is. Made me wanna ask for drugs just to sleep. The staff plays LOUD music during the day and holds group therapy in the hallways outside of detox patients rooms. Sleep there is non existent as they have a flashlight in your face every 20 minutes. I literally had to go home and cold turkey it just to get relief. The staff are all former addicts but they treat the ones going thru treatment as problems even though they have been thru it before. I highly recommend anyone that wants to detox here take my advice. Worst experience ever. Called looking for services for my teenager and they called children’s services on my family. Was almost arrested for abuse that had already been investigated against my child’s other parent while I was honorably serving my country out of state! My child told an intake specialist about it and the intake specialist staff didn’t ask any questions about whose household this occurred when or where. They just sent children’s services and made an already bad and traumatic situation worse for my family. DCS was about to charge me with child sex abuse until they got the full details and had already notified the police. If my child ever goes into crisis again, this will be the last call that I make!
