The staff admitted me into the program aware that my AFIB could kick in during the detox process. They also knew that I was taking medication (Sotalol) to regulate my heart beat. After 1 night, not even 24 hours in the facility, the staff came into the room and said I needed to go to the VA hospital because they didn't have proper equipment or staff to handle my condition if it did kick in. They also said I would get a full refund. They drove me to the VA hospital and dropped me off. 2 weeks later I called to ask where my refund was. They stated they would only refund 65% and sent a check. Another words be aware that this company can admit you then take your money after kicking you out.

Extremely disappointed and feel I need to let others know that the detox part of their program is terrible. Basic information that is common knowledge was not followed. Detox from the prescribed drug my son-in-law was taking takes more than a week. The center told us he was free from drugs in his pee test so he was ready to go. This was the worst thing they could have done. I was then promised a partial rebate since he wasn't there for 7 days. I received nothing back. In addition, they promised he could come back on scholarship for the second part of treatment, now they are saying I get no rebate. It isn't just the money! My son-in-law deserved quality care. Instead they did nothing but provide over the counter meds and did nothing for him. Don't go there for detox! They don't know what they are doing and please pass this on to others so they don't have the problems we did.
