Life handed me some bad cards and I made come bad choices in life. Those choices really screwed up a lot of things for me. It\'s been a long time since someone has believed in me and treated me like a person. I\'ve heard people talk about how it used to be, but Serenity Point gave me another shot at life. The people there showed me compassion I had never experienced. Todd Wagner is a compassionate man, who understands my faults and showed me how to navigate my life choices. I\'m not saying I won\'t screw up later in life, but Dr. Wagner taught me how to handle it when it happens. Most people only leave reviews when they are upset, but everyone needs to see the good as well.

Serenity point is a total failure. Look at their new facility. That’s where their heart is....... spending our tax dollars On appearance. Serenity point is only motivated to appear good. They are not doing what the court system wants or needs. Shameful! Why is it in a Local area that Thinks it’s so smart, having had two four year universities since the late 1800s, That walla walla tolerateS unacceptable mental health services in 2020. Serenity point is part of the addiction problemS here not a part of the solutions.

Professional. Now that my counselor is gone they're pretty heartless, the director is the best one there now. There's no options of treatment plans

They have a contract with the county and with dcfs and Cps. They get all monies and do not bill insurance when available. They are a cookie cutter treatment robbing people of money and have one program with counselors that have never experimented or had real addictions. I have been kicked out if serenity point three times and then not sent to a "real" treatment center for no I surance coverage (even though I am in medicaid, medicare and apple health). I have been billed for the full costs of intensive outpatient treatment and forced to comply with a 12 step program and NA/AA even though I have repeatedly voiced my opinion that I am not interested in either and I am not religious. The counselors have zero experience with actual addiction, there was no detox time before starting, and no inpatient treatment available for me because though I have full insurance, I am legally blind and somehow my 3 insurances magically do not cover treatment.
