Spectrum provides a full array of CARF accredited substance abuse services throughout Massachusetts. Spectrum's treatment campus, situated on a 25-acre parkland site in Westborough, Massachusetts, serves as the company's flagship. With 200 beds at three levels of care, it is the largest substance abuse treatment facility in New England. Programming includes inpatient detoxification, transitional support services and residential treatment for men and women. Spectrum also provides a comprehensive array of ambulatory services to clients at various stages of recovery at clinics located across the state. Spectrum's full range of services offers individuals with mental health and substance abuse disorders the opportunity to transition to less intensive treatment modalities as their recovery progresses.

- Romas BuivydasVice President of Clinical DevelopmentRomas Buivydas, Ph.D., LMHC, has more than twenty years of experience in the behavioral health field. His expertise spans program development and implementation, training, quality assurance, risk management, compliance and data management. As Vice President of Clinical Development, Dr. Buivydas provides training and consultation in clinical methods and instructional techniques to program staff throughout the organization. Previously, Dr. Buivydas provided consultation to numerous behavioral health organizations and was formerly the Director of Evaluation at a hospital-based psychiatric/addiction department for six years. He is also a national presenter/trainer at conferences/symposia across the country.
- Susan MoitozoVice President of Clinical OperationsSusan Moitozo, M.Ed. brings over thirty years of experience working in a variety of mental health and substance abuse treatment settings. Previous to this position she served as State Director for Spectrum’s correctional treatment programs in Massachusetts. She has extensive experience with program design and development, staff training and supervision and ensuring the delivery of gender responsive and trauma informed services. Her expertise in organizational leadership is utilized toward developing responsive systems of the highest quality of care throughout our agency. She is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse counselor, holds a Master of Education degree, and is currently pursuing her doctorate at Northeastern University.
