Most case managers and employees were educated and helpful. The woman in the ladies facility was cold, uncaring. Thank goodness she is no longer employed there. Some clients were not serious about getting sober. It made it very difficult to participate with them in group meetings

The facility was close to home, they had a caring staff, and good programs. Doctors and staff are very good, but their communications skills are not the best. The food was not great.

They had passionate counselors; however, there was high counselor burnout, the workers were not supported by the agency, and the workers didn't make enough money to support themselves. They also lack amenities =.

Staff is compassionate, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Learned a lot and would recommend to it other addicts. Has recovery support for after care. As long as you participate in recovery support you can talk to the therapist on staff . Staff is helpful. They take public assistance medical insurance. However, the therapist is only available at certain times.
