Very understanding, firm, well trained and compassionate. Cost and willing to let a patient check themselves out were negatives. I wish there had been a psychological advisor that could have been with my brother everyday.....and maybe been alittle tougher with my brother then they were.

They keep in touch with patient for first 30 days on a daily basis and then back off slowly.

Great listeners, truly wants to help patients succeed. I was having a really hard time with my addiction to pain meds. The staff at Steps helped me with my recovery. They listened and truly wanted to help me recover.
