Being in active addiction for over a decade, I came to believe that I was truly beyond hope. Arriving at the Arbor in the beginning of 2020, I saw that it was possible to not only live a life, but live a life with all the joy and happiness of someone not shackled by a terrible disease. That\'s how the Arbor saved my life. It gave the tools, knowledge and understanding that I needed to stay sober. The staff were there for me in ways I had never experienced from others. They care and it is proven by everyone who experiences their program.

The arbor truly saved my life. When I first arrived I wasn\'t sure I even wanted to be alive, but I found my purpose again through the staff, community, and treatment modalities. No matter how many times I tried to leave, or convince staff I didn\'t need to be there; they consistently showed up for me and had my back. Since the arbor, I\'m nearing 18 months clean and sober and am still surrounded by love and support through their alumni 12 step meetings. Not only am I sober, but I finally got my life back, and found so many things I truly enjoy in this life. I owe my life to the Arbor, and will forever be grateful for them.

I have renewed hope for my loved one finding peace and beginning a journey of recovery. The family program offered by The Arbor has been almost life changing for me. My understanding of the addiction and my ability to communicate with my loved one has changed dramatically. I now have words to use that help me to set boundaries and for once take care of myself. I didn't realize that I wasn't taking care of myself nor did I realize that my "Loving" efforts were actually enabling bad behaviors. I also realize that there are many families suffering and that we can all heal together. What a concept! I love it! Thank you to all who are part of the loving clinical staff. I do not believe that the program could be as effective without you all being hand picked.

The broken pieces of addiction are mended at the Arbor from the bond created by fellowship, clinical expertise, and the miracles of the 12 steps. Aside from the picturesque landscape, the Arbor's staff, consummate professionals, embody holistic treatment modalities for clients and families alike. It is absolutely priceless to heal from the complexities of addiction and mental health symptoms and finally "live life on life's terms!"

My husband went through The Arbor after years of alcohol and prescription pain pills. It was the best thing that happened to this family. He has been sober 4 years now and our family is back together and healthy. Obviously the facility is beautiful, but it’s the staff that make it so special. The doctor really does a great job at explaining my role in my husbands recovery. The Arbor is the best of the best in the country.
