Not a facility you should send a love one or seek help for yourself. No counseling from therapist and classes are ran by patients. Facility is filthy and very dated with no refurbishment in at least 2 decades. Furniture is ripped with holes and overall just disgusting. Patients mentioned State facilities better! If you have insurance do not spend your time in this militant institution. You will have wasted a benefit with absolutely no help! I’m informing my insurance company to frequent the facility more often and to drop them as a in-network option. Don’t make the mistake I did and find how difficult they make it to leave supposedly at your own will!

This facility only worsened my boyfriend's meth addiction. This place provided a network of other addicts for him to feed off of. Unprofessional staff who fostered an environment where he could get away with anything. He left, relapsed, went back, relapsed. Yes, relapse is part of recovery. But this facility made no effort to see a man who was clearly struggling with more than addiction. They released him when he was not ready. If you have the financial means SEND YOUR LOVED ONE ELSEWHERE. This is purely our experience with this facility. None of these statements are untrue or fraudulent. Just want to advise others to act quickly and find EFFECTIVE treatment!

They helped my daughter get over her heroin addiction. But after two weeks they tied to claim she had an eating disorder and literally made her leave to another facility. One week at home she had gained 7 pounds. Not a mystery I just fed her bacon and eggs . Now, 8 months later things are going well she never had any eating disorder. lots of opportunity for more counseling was lost. Almost impossible to get a hold of anyone in the billing department if they owe you any refund but they are Johnny on the spot if they need your money. It took me three weeks of calling every day before someone returned my constant voice mails.
