U-Turn for Christ Kaua'i is a non-denominational ministry that treats adult men suffering from substance abuse, training them become healthy members of their families and community. Treatment takes place over two phases, with Phase 1 emphasizing compliance, responsibility (via daily chores) and life skills education, and Phase 2 addressing reintegration into society. The rustic, camp-like residence on the garden island of Kaua'i offers a serene, stripped-down environment in which clients can clear their mind and concentrate on their relationship with God, amidst the natural beauty that is one of his greatest gifts.

Residential Treatment
Residential treatment programs provide housing (food and meals) in addition to treatment for substance abuse. Some facilities offer only short-term residential treatment, some offer only long-term treatment and others offer both, ranging from a few days to many months, based on patient needs.Holistic Therapy

Roger TurnerLead Campus SupervisorI was raised in a Christian home and lived with Christian parents throughout my entire childhood. I went to college and received my B.A. in Anthropoolgy from the University of New Mexico. I have been with the school as the lead campus supervisor since it started in 2005. I enjoy spending time with my son’s family, watching my grand-daughters play soccer, and playing golf on Saturdays.
