The overall genuine compassion for each and every patient on an intimate one on one level. Everyone seems to love what they do they understand as well as the mandatory fun rec. Days. Not many at all i can think of. I wouldnt say a bad word about voa, ever, period. I was welcomed from day one, they really tuned in on my needs and where i wanted to ho with this experience and also allowed me to frow and to show myself that i really wanted this and that they will be there to help back me no matter what.
