WestBridge Community Services is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment to individuals and their families that experience co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. We provide a fully integrated Continuum of community-based services, including Residential Stabilization, Consultation, Care Management, and Family Education and Support to help individuals and their families achieve a healthy life of recovery.

    The Commons at WestBridge is a safe, homelike environment with 12 beds; that provides short-term support and evaluation for men who are experiencing increased stress, or whose lives have become chaotic as a result of their mental illness and substance use. The Commons provides structured days of recovery including wellness-based gatherings and activities. Our caring professionals are on-site 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to provide support, treatment intervention, encouragement and monitoring. Each resident participates in individual, family and group counseling. In addition, medication services, self-help, and vocational services are also at the core of The Commons program.

  • Mary Ryan Woods, RNC, LADC, MSHS
    Mary Ryan Woods, RNC, LADC, MSHS CEO
    Mary is the Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer of WestBridge and a member of the leadership team. She is also a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor with more than 20 years experience in substance abuse services and community mental health programs. She received her nursing diploma from St. Joseph�s Hospital School of Nursing in Elmira, NY, her Bachelor�s Degree in Human Service Administration from Springfield College in Massachusetts. Mary has conducted extensive workshops and trainings with a primary focus in Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change Theory and Integrated Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders. In addition, Mary has provided consultation services to Serenity Place � NH, Ohio County Boards and Camden and Islington Health Trust, UK. She is also a contributor to the development of the Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment Practitioners and Clinical Supervisors Workbook and Practice Demonstration Video. Mary is the Chairperson of the NH State Board of Licensing for Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Professionals. She has been a member of the NH Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselor�s Association since 1984, and has served as the Northeast Regional Vice President for the NAADAC, the Association of Addiction Professionals from 1998 � 2002. She is the immediate past president of NAADAC.
  • Jonathan Routhier, MBA, MSW
    Jonathan Routhier, MBA, MSWCOO
    Jonathan is the Chief Operations Officer of WestBridge, providing oversight of all financial functions and serving as a member of the leadership team. He also helps direct clinical services and facilities. Jonathan holds an MBA degree from Franklin Pierce College and a Master of Social Work Degree from Boston University . He brings over 15 years of experience in community mental health and substance abuse treatment services. In addition to his direct clinical work with adults who experience co-occurring disorders, Jonathan has directed a residential treatment program, overseen quality and utilization management programs and directed business office and intake services.

caring counselors, you can tell that they genuinely care and don't just go through the motions like they do at other facilities can't think of any There is a book available titled "When the door opened". Several former patients were interviewed and shared their experiences in that book.

excellent counselors that truly care none they address mental problems and addiction problems, the counselors are excellent, very patient. They taught my relative how to recognize trigger points and equipped him with alternative ways to cope.
