This place is a scam.
They employ recruiters to bring in clients, frequently the same clients over and over again. As these clients relapse, they are kicked out for a few days and then brought right back in.
Whole Life keeps legitimate incoming clients out of treatment but in their \"detox\" houses, for as long as insurance will pay. All Whole Life does
in the \"detox\" houses, is check blood pressure and oxygen levels several times per day. There are no services provided; they just hold clients until insurance will no longer pay.
At that time, clients are moved to sober living houses and may participate in treatment. This can be thirty days or longer from the original intake date.
The treatment itself is not completely without worth. But the owners and managers are really unethical. The fact that they soak insurance providers so brazenly, pay their referral agents so blatantly, and recycle clients so openly, should give anyone pause.
There are solid treatment centers out there. Whole Life is NOT one of them.
